Shipping policy

Shipping Rates

Panda World offers free shipping on all orders. Order dispatch takes one day but it may take up to 7 working days, depending upon the product.


Order Processing

We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. Customers usually receive their products within 5 or 7 working days, once they are shipped. If you place a Cash on delivery order above Rs 3000, we can charge Rs 100 as security amount before shipping the product which will later be deducted from COD amount. (For e.g. if you place a COD order of Rs 5000, then you have to pay Rs 100 before the package leaves our door and remaining Rs 4900 will be converted as COD)


Shipping Time

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email / SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner. (Note : Due to covid19 restrictions some orders might delay)
